Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Bank and Retail Risk HRBPs to drive HR experiences
• Use HR data systems to support HRBPs
• Provide data and reporting for headcount, attrition, and spans and layers
• Lead semi-annual talent and performance management reporting and project management
• Prepare associate survey materials for leaders and action items
• Coordinate with Enterprise HR on policy updates across Retail Bank and Retail Risk
• Document localized playbooks and calendars for HR programs
• Understand processes and deadlines to improve HR workflows
