Job summary

You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management across global hubs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and engineering velocity while partnering with COEs and ER.

Qualifications

• Executive advisory & coaching to EPD leaders (VP+).
• Organizational design & architecture to optimize velocity and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic workforce planning using analytics and market dynamics.
• Transformational change management across global locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to EPD executives, translating roadmaps into talent strategies.
• Diagnose business structure to design scalable team topologies and operating models.
• Lead multi-quarter headcount planning, succession modeling, and talent density strategies across global hubs.
• Oversee change management initiatives with minimal disruption to engineering deliverables.
• Use workforce metrics to identify risks and deliver proactive solutions.
• Act as primary regional contact to translate global priorities into local impact with compliance awareness.
