New Relic is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to join our Global HRBP team, supporting Engineering, Product, and Design.

This US-based remote role combines strategic partnership with regional execution to shape talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning across global hubs. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, drive cross-functional HR initiatives, and champion New Relic's culture and AI-focused people strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in tech environments.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product and Design functions.
• Executive coaching experience with senior leaders.
• Fluent in tech and SaaS concepts for credible exec conversations.
• Global mindset with matrix leadership across US, Europe and APAC.
• Strong data literacy for workforce analytics and business cases.
• Experience working remotely within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive advisory and coaching to EPD leaders translating roadmaps into talent strategies.
• Design scalable team topologies and agile operating models for engineering velocity.
• Lead multi-quarter workforce planning, skill-gap analysis, and talent density initiatives.
• Drive transformational change across global locations with minimal disruption to delivery.
• Leverage workforce metrics to diagnose risk and deliver proactive HR solutions.
