Relativity in the United States is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex ER and performance management cases end-to-end, advising senior HRBPs and guiding risk and policy application.

The role partners with Legal and executive leadership to resolve issues while upholding fair processes and rigorous documentation standards across regions.

This is a remote/hybrid role with opportunities to scale culture as the company grows and matures its people practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive HR with Employee Relations focus.
• Experience leading investigations from intake to resolution.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex ER matters.
• Advise on high-risk performance cases and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, escalation, and policy compliance.
• Ensure global consistency of policies and fair processes.
