Tempus AI in New York City seeks a commercially minded, strategic HR Business Partner Director to lead the Data & Apps People strategy. You will partner with the CEO and executive team, guide a 2–3 person HRBP group, and translate business goals into workforce design in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.
You will drive organizational design, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Development, Legal, and People Ops to accelerate
Competenze
- Commercially minded with revenue-generating experience in tech or similar industries.
- Ability to lead and scale HRBP functions in a high-growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level influence.
- Experience shaping people strategy to drive commercial outcomes.

- Executive Business Partnership: advise the CEO of Data & Apps and leadership team to align people strategies with growth goals.
- Own end-to-end health, engagement, structure, and performance of the Data & Apps organization.
