Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• At least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Minimum of 3 years in designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years in the High Tech, Comms & Media, or Software & Platforms industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects with timely, on-budget delivery.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology choices and value realization.
• Design and implement HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and outsourcing strategies.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement to achieve adoption.
• Develop HR transformation roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
