Job summary

Accenture in Minneapolis is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager to lead digital-age HR programs. You will define and sell HR transformation strategies, shape roadmaps, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on AI, automation, and employee experience.

You will partner with C-suite and client teams to optimize HR operating models, design service delivery, and measure business impact through analytics and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Proven leadership of large-scale HR projects and program delivery.
• Experience designing HR operating models and outsourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior client relationships to guide HR transformation programs.
• Define HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for clients.
