Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Technical Training Analyst to design and deliver training for an ERP program. This remote role requires detailed instructional design and strong LMS skills across instructor-led, web-based, and on-the-job formats.

Responsibilities include creating materials, validating scope with stakeholders, and enabling Train-the-Trainer programs while maintaining LMS records and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, business, quality or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Experience with adult learning, instructional design, e-learning methodologies.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs across formats including instructor-led, web-based, and on-the-job.
• Develop training materials such as outlines, coaching guides, job aids and demonstrations using relevant tools.
• Validate training scope and audience with feedback from change impacts and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure content accuracy.
• Lead training logistics: scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, classroom support.
• Maintain LMS entries and update content as processes change.
• Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
