Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior HR Technical Training Analyst to design and deliver ERP-focused training across classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job formats. You will contribute to the Accelerate training team, crafting engaging learning experiences and maintaining training materials and LMS entries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of related experience, 4+ years in instructional design and e-learning, and proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in training, business, quality or related field.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Demonstrated experience of adult learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies across multiple formats including instructor-led, web-based, and on-the-job training.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.
• Validate and refine training scope, audience, and approach based on change impacts, lessons learned, and business feedback.
• Manage stakeholder engagement by partnering with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure alignment and content accuracy.
• Lead training logistics including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support.
• Maintain and update training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries in response to system or process changes.
• Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users to deliver classroom training effectively.
• Track and report progress of training development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.
