Job summary

Mead & Hunt, a national architecture and engineering firm, seeks an organized Instructional Designer to join the Learning & Development team for ERP learning programs. This full-time, limited-term role runs from October to December 2026; benefits are not provided due to term.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, psychology, education, human resources or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with E-learning and development or training is preferred.
• Experience with Camtasia and Articulate Rise is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support course creation and its implementation.
• Create, revise, and deploy training-related documents and e-learnings.
• Participate regularly in project and process teams.
• Create and deploy pre- and post-training assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create presentations and learning materials.
• Identify accuracy and appropriateness of courses and curriculum.
