iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President, HR Operations for Total Rewards in New York. The role partners with the People team to optimize benefits, payroll, retirement, and related HR processes while leading system configurations and integrations.

The position requires 7+ years in payroll/benefits HR operations, strong project management, and experience with HR platforms such as Ceridian/Dayforce. A hands-on contributor with analytical and consultative skills is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations, benefits operations, HR business analysis or HR technology.
• Experience using automation, workflow, or AI-assisted tools to improve documentation, analysis, controls, reporting, or service delivery.
• Experience implementing and managing Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, Reporting, and related modules within enterprise HR platforms.
• Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive payroll, benefits, and organizational data.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the HR Operations partner for global Total Rewards programs including benefits, payroll, retirement, compensation, and leaves.
• Configure and test HR system functionality and oversee work by third-party consultants or vendors.
• Translate program requirements into operational workflows, system configuration, and integration designs with clear documentation.
• Analyze evolving requirements affecting employee records, payroll results, vendor files, reporting, compliance, and employee experience.
• Provide dedicated support for annual and recurring processes like open enrollment, plan-year configuration, payroll changes, and related integrations.
• Develop understanding of inbound/outbound interfaces, file layouts, mappings, and reconciliation requirements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for system, data, payroll, and integration issues and drive corrective actions.
