Job summary

DESRI is seeking a Total Rewards and People Operations professional to oversee compensation, benefits, and People Operations programs supporting a high-performing organization. The role requires leadership of Total Rewards initiatives and close partnership with Finance on payroll, while ensuring compliance and a thoughtful employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 6–10+ years in Human Capital, deep expertise in Total Rewards, and a track record of scalable, data-driven programs.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of progressive Human Capital experience.
• Experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience in high-performing, talent-centric organizations with differentiated rewards.
• Ability to lead complex Total Rewards and People Operations initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws at federal and state levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, retirement plans, and vendor management.
• Partner with Human Capital leadership on annual compensation, performance, and talent reviews.
• Own HRIS data integrity, reporting, workflow optimization, and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance to oversee payroll from a Human Capital perspective and drive process improvements.
• Oversee leave administration, immigration, and regulatory compliance while delivering a positive employee experience.
• Develop and improve Human Capital policies, processes, reporting, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Build partnerships across Human Capital, Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders to provide high-quality support.
