Job summary

MFS is seeking a Lead Analyst HR Technology with Workday expertise to optimize and extend HR systems, especially Workday. You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable Workday design and configurations.

You will drive end-to-end analysis, planning, and project execution to deploy new modules, ensure data integrity, and deliver a high-quality user experience across the Workday environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8+ years of hands-on Workday experience with end-to-end configuration.
• Workday training and/or certifications preferred (Workday Pro a plus).
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills (Workday reporting, calculated fields; Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, and solution design; translate business requirements into Workday configuration.
• Own and maintain Workday configuration (business processes, eligibility rules, calculated fields).
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to deliver enterprise HR solutions aligned to strategy.
• Design and implement workflow enhancements to improve UX and compliance.
• Lead Workday release management activities and post‑deployment stabilization.
• Create system documentation and training materials; mentor junior team members.
