Qualificações

• Progressively responsible general office clerical experience.
• Experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.
• Supervisory aptitude is the demonstration of aptitude or potential for the performance of supervisory duties through successful completion of regular or special assignments that involve some supervisory responsibilities or aspects of supervision.
• The applicant’s overall experience must be of such scope and level of responsibility as to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of the position for which the applicant is being considered.
• Substitutions: clerical curriculum substituted for General Experience; college credits substituted for General Experience; bachelor’s degree substitutions for General and Specialized Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Screen applications for assigned classes to determine minimum qualifications.
• Accepts/rejects applications.
• Writes letters/reports to explain/justify rejections.
• Advises line departments/program staff on methods of filling positions.
• Recommends most suitable method based on time factors and lists.
• Recommends use of incentives such as hiring above minimum and other strategies.
