• Specialized Experience: six months (Level II), 1.5 years (Level III), or 2.5 years (Level IV) in HR functions.
• Substitutions allowed per Minimum Qualification Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Level II: trainee in HR processes, training, and related duties; basic tasks aligned with training.
• Level III: moderately difficult technical work in HR areas such as classification, pay, recruitment, and labor relations.
• Level IV: complex HR assignments including advisory services to management.
