Job summary

RMGS, Inc. is seeking a Sr J31 Directorate Human Resources Technician to oversee travel management and processing within the J3/J5 framework at MacDill AFB, Florida.

You will ensure compliance with Joint Federal Travel Regulation and related DoD regulations while supporting travel authorizations and vouchers. The role requires 5+ years of strategic planning experience and a TS/SCI clearance, with prior work in CENTCOM AOR or related security domains.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic and operational planning and analysis.
• Minimum 3 years in CENTCOM AOR; MISO; MILDEC; CWMD; ORSA; CYBER; AT/FP; SNA; Special Programs; Interagency Experience.
• Equivalent combinations of at least 10 years of SOF operational experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and oversee the activities of J3 and J5 calendar, schedule, and travel management.
• Provide DTS support for processing travel authorizations and vouchers ensuring compliance with JTR/DoDFMR and local policies.
• Ensure examinations and verifications of travel authorizations, vouchers and documentation for reimbursable travel expenses.
• Support Organizational Defense Travel Administrators, reviewers and approving officials; resolve DTS issues with travelers and coordinate with the Government travel program manager.
