Job summary

RMGS, Inc. is recruiting a Senior J41 Directorate Human Resources Technician at MacDill AFB, Florida. This full-time position supports the Commander’s Action Group, travel planning, and processing of travel documents to ensure compliance with Joint Travel Regulations and DoDFMR policies.

Ideal candidates hold MA/MS in relevant fields, 5+ years in strategic planning, and an active TS/SCI clearance. The role is contingent upon contract award and based in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Experience coordinating complex schedules and travel.
• DTS processing and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Commander’s Action Group activities, calendar, and travel management.
• Process travel authorizations and vouchers in DTS and legacy systems.
• Ensure adequacy and propriety of travel documents per JTR, DoDFMR, and policies.
• Support ODTA, reviewers and officials; resolve DTS issues with travelers.
