Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Senior HR Product Analyst to design, deliver, and optimize HR technology solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline business processes. You’ll collaborate with HR stakeholders, product managers, and technology teams to translate needs into scalable HR tech across platforms like Workday, Salesforce, Quickbase, and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR business processes and stakeholder needs.
• Knowledge of HR technology platforms and system capabilities.
• Experience with requirements, process flows, system documentation, and tests.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and opportunities, gather requirements, and support evaluation of solution options.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with product priorities.
• Support end-to-end product delivery activities including discovery, requirements, design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Configure and enhance HR solutions within platforms based on defined requirements.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, process docs, test plans, and delivery artifacts.
• Execute testing activities and support defect resolution and release readiness.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and align on goals.
• Define data and reporting needs and partner with analytics teams for outputs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
