Job summary

Infinity Group USA LLC is hiring an HR & Talent Partner to lead the US people function from Summerlin, Las Vegas. This senior role will own full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, policy development, and scalable people operations as the company builds its US team.

You will report to the Executive VP of Operations and work directly with senior leadership, shaping the onboarding experience, compliance, and workforce strategy for about 20 founding employees and beyond.

Qualifications

• Senior-level HR generalist, HR business partner, or HR manager experience.
• Ownership of full-cycle hiring and collaboration with hiring leaders.
• Experience across employee relations and full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the US, from planning to onboarding.
• Build recruiting processes and pipelines to support growth.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, development, engagement.
• Own onboarding and support employees through lifecycle.
