Orbital, the AI platform redefining enterprise real estate legal work, seeks a Senior People Partner to own US People strategy from day one. You’ll partner with GTM leadership, coach managers, and design scalable people solutions that scale with a fast-growing business.

Your early scope includes US employment law, multi-state compliance, and building the US People stack from the ground up. This is a hybrid role with two days in our New York office, reporting to the London-based team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Partner supporting GTM, Sales, or Commercial teams.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law (FLSA, FMLA, Title VII, ADA).
• Ability to diagnose and design; measure outcomes like a product manager.

Responsibilities

• Partner with go-to-market managers to coach performance and team health.
• Build scalable people solutions: frameworks, enablement tools, programs, processes.
