Job summary

Infinity Group USA is seeking its first dedicated HR & Talent Partner to build the people function in the US from the ground up, based in Summerlin, Las Vegas. You will own the full employee lifecycle, partner with senior leadership, and shape recruiting and people operations for a growing team of about 20 employees.

This on-site role offers a competitive base salary of 95,000 to 135,000 USD, a comprehensive benefits package, and direct impact on scaling the company as it expands its US

Qualifications

• Senior HR generalist or HRBP with experience.
• Experience in financial services or related fields.
• Ability to lead recruiting and people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the US.
• Build recruiting processes and pipelines.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations and performance.
• Own onboarding and employee lifecycle.
• Develop HR policies and reporting.
• Provide guidance on US and Nevada employment requirements.
• Identify gaps and improve the employee experience.
• Define future structure and operating rhythm for US people function.
