Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned HR learning and development professional to design, implement, and manage programs across the employee lifecycle. The role emphasizes partnership with senior leadership, vendor management, and data-driven decision making in a global corporate environment.

The hybrid work arrangement supports in-office days at Panorama Office with remote work on other days, and the position offers comprehensive medical/dental coverage, 401k matching, and growth

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with LMS software (Workday preferred).
• Ability to communicate and partner with senior and executive leadership.
• Prefer previous experience working for a large, global corporation.
• Prefer previous experience within HR, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer service delivery of employee lifecycle programs (onboarding, learning, performance, leadership development).
• Support talent and learning programs via market research, vendor management, content development and delivery practices.
• Advise on metrics, analyze data, and present findings to assess program goals.
• Lead in program surveys and improvements based on results.
• Act as central contact for talent and learning inquiries; maintain program collateral.
• Lead project work related to talent development and learning programs.
