You’ll partner with senior leadership, manage LMS platforms, and coordinate program delivery in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 5 years of related experience, with Workday LMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and learning initiatives.
• Support talent and learning programs through market research, vendor management, and content development.
• Propose metrics, analyze data and present findings to assess program success against goals.
• Lead ongoing program reviews, survey development, and action-oriented recommendations.
• Serve as central point of contact for talent and learning program questions and collateral.
