Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a Senior Technical SME to provide technology leadership for an enterprise HR system. You will liaise between government, implementation teams, stakeholders, and technical staff through the full system lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on expertise in enterprise HR systems, testing, data migration, interfaces, access controls, and risk mitigation. Strong communication with government leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, HR systems, or complex government IT programs.
• Experience serving as a technical SME, lead, systems analyst, or technology advisor on large-scale projects.
• Strong experience with system testing, requirements validation, defect analysis, and system readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology SME supporting enterprise HR system concepts through design, testing, deployment, and commissioning.
• Provide guidance on HR system architecture, configuration, integration, data, security, and readiness.
• Develop and execute technical test scenarios; document and resolve defects.
• Capture and document gaps and provide actionable feedback for DoW requirements.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and provide status updates on testing and readiness.
• Coordinate change management and configuration control across teams.
• Support data migration activities and validate migrated data.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and status reports for government stakeholders.
