Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. (SFI) seeks a Senior HCM Subject Matter Expert to support Federal HR modernization initiatives. You will bring deep expertise in HCM platforms and federal HR policy, leading large-scale system implementations.

Responsibilities include guiding architecture, implementation, and stakeholder engagement, while mentoring junior staff and delivering executive-level briefings. Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7 years of progressive HCM experience, including modernization efforts.
• Demonstrated expertise in: HR process reengineering, requirements & fit-gap, configuration, change management & stakeholder engagement.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for HCM systems, including PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Lead HCM system implementation, upgrade, and enhancement activities, including requirements, design, configuration, and testing.
• Provide strategic guidance on HCM system architecture, integration, and optimization.
• Collaborate with senior government stakeholders to align HCM capabilities with federal HR transformation objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior HCM SMEs and functional analysts.
• Develop and deliver executive-level HCM briefings, recommendations, and documentation.
• Provide expert guidance on federal HCM regulatory compliance and best practices.
