Job summary

FDH Aero, a leading aerospace and defense supply chain partner, is hiring a Manager, HR Systems & Analytics in Commerce, CA. The role leads the Senior HR Systems team, drives HR technology governance, and translates workforce data into insights for senior leadership.

You will own HR data architecture, oversee critical systems, and partner with finance, IT, and vendors. A hands-on leader with strong analytics will thrive in this growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IT, or analytics
• 8+ years HRIS and/or people analytics experience
• Strong Excel and BI skills
• Experience with HR systems integrations (M&A preferred)
• Multi-entity/global org experience preferred
• Certifications in HRIS or project management preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Systems team and set priorities
• Maintain HR systems governance and security design
• Develop executive dashboards and insights for HR leadership and Board
• Serve as senior escalation point for HR system issues
• Oversee administration of ADP WFN, CSOD, Quantum Workplace, Assembly
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals
• Lead HR tech workstreams for mergers and acquisitions
• Design and deploy new system functionality and upgrades
• Own HR data architecture and integrations
• Build the people analytics function and standard metrics
• Lead HR technology roadmap aligned with strategy and budget
• Support annual cycles with Total Rewards, Talent, HR Ops
• Establish data quality standards and audit program
• Ensure compliance with data privacy & employment regulations
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes
• Maintain HR SharePoint docs and training library
• Other duties as assigned
