Job summary

You will influence organizational effectiveness, oversee performance management, development, recruitment, and retention initiatives, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across US facilities. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and unionized workplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to align on HR approaches and programs.
• Use data analytics to drive HR decisions and assess effectiveness.
