Weyerhaeuser is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with Panels senior leaders, driving organizational effectiveness across US manufacturing facilities. You will oversee a team of HR Business Partners, guide strategic initiatives, and align HR programs with business goals.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, workforce capability, and change management. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive HR experience, experience in manufacturing, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Progressive HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.
• Experience with unionized facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to align on HR approaches, policies, and programs.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decisions and assess organizational effectiveness.
• Identify creative people solutions and advise business leaders on engagement and capability.
• Guide leaders through performance management, development, recruiting, retention, and compliance.
• Lead salary actions and annual incentive planning; monitor and adjust programs.
• Develop and mentor the Panels HR team to operate autonomously over time.
