Job summary

SEI is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner in Oaks, PA to partner with business leaders and drive people-focused strategies aligned with business goals.

You will translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives, lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession efforts, and coach senior leaders to optimize performance. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience with a track record as a strategic partner.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous, or entrepreneurial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to business unit leaders, translating needs into HR strategies.
• Develop and execute workforce planning, talent management, and succession plans.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance, and career development.
• Facilitate organizational changes to improve productivity and business performance.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Use HR data to analyze trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a change agent to manage organizational transformations.
