Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years in progressive HR roles including generalist/manager level responsibilities.
• 3–5 years supporting multi-site cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent management, and policy administration.
• Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance aligned with strategy and operational needs.
• Lead HR projects driving process improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage investigations and resolution of employee relations issues.
• Support workforce planning, design, and change management.
• Coach managers on hiring, discipline, and policy interpretation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
