Job summary

Monster Energy in Corona, CA is seeking a Senior Director, Environmental Health & Safety to lead our EHS strategy, protect team members, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.

You will develop multi-year programs, manage budgets, coach EHS managers, and partner with Operations, Quality, and Legal to drive safety, environmental, and health initiatives. This role requires extensive EHS leadership and Cal/OSHA knowledge, with bilingual capability being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive EHS experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience with Cal/OSHA/federal OSHA, EPA, and SB 553.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Bilingual ability a plus (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy across multiple sites and functions.
• Own EHS budget and report to executives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee safety programs (chemical handling, lockout/tagout, etc.).
• Partner with operations, quality, HR, and insurance.
