Responsibilities

• Reforecast mid-quarter when the NV numbers stop matching the plan
• Author the playbook so the next Senior HR Manager doesn't start from a blank page
• Build the financial case for hiring before the business team drowns
• Design dashboards that track revenue, retention, and unit economics
• Carry a playfully-serious business problem from whiteboard to working pilot in Carson City, NV
• Smooth the handoff between Benefits Administration closing and Compensation Analysis onboarding
• Decide where Energy Technologies LLC should say no so it can say yes to one thing
• Coordinate with regional offices to standardize processes across NV
