Helios HR is seeking a Senior Principal HR Management Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor on multi-client engagements, lead consulting teams, and drive high-impact HR solutions across client organizations.

This role blends executive-level strategy with hands-on leadership, requiring deep expertise in HR disciplines, strong client relationships, and the ability to shape workforce strategy across industries.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Significant consulting, professional services, fractional HR, or multi-client advisory background.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Leadership: serve as a senior consultant, trusted advisor, or subject matter expert for client engagements.
• Lead complex retained and project-based consulting engagements from post-sale implementation through successful completion.
• Assess organizational and workforce challenges, develop practical recommendations, and support implementation efforts.
• Build lasting client relationships by delivering high-value solutions and strategic counsel.
• Guide executive leaders on strategic HR and organizational matters.
• Team Leadership & Development: lead, coach, and develop consultants and project teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support resource planning, staffing decisions, onboarding, and employee development.
• Balance mentorship and hands-on leadership to ensure successful outcomes for clients and teams.
• Business Growth & Thought Leadership: identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships; collaborate on proposals.
• Participate in prospect presentations and business development discussions.
