Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP partnerships.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth organizations.
• Proven track record in org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate challenges into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to influence executives through credibility and a clear POV.
• Experience guiding growth, transformation, and organizational change.
• Ability to anticipate issues, connect patterns, and proactively solve problems.
• Executive presence with confidence to coach leaders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organization design and talent.
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and succession for growth.
• Partner with leaders to design clear ownership and scalable structures.
• Coach executives through change, transitions, and performance challenges.
• Provide clear perspectives on complex organizational decisions.
• Identify risks/opportunities by connecting themes across the business.
• Build scalable approaches for how leaders operate and grow the org.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Compensation, Legal, HR Ops for integrated strategies.
• Mentor and elevate other HRBPs to raise the standard of partnerships.
