Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, business, public administration, or organizational leadership required.
• Minimum six years of senior/executive HR experience.
• Experience guiding HR strategy in higher education or public-sector environments.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA).

Responsibilities

• Advise President and senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support college goals and staffing needs.
• Lead HR team, set priorities, and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Oversee workforce planning, structure, staffing, and FTE management.
• Direct classification and compensation and oversee benefits, payroll, and leave administration.
• Ensure recruitment and selection practices are compliant with laws and policies.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders on engagement, performance, and development.
