Rhode Island College seeks an Associate Director of Human Resources, Talent Management to lead our talent initiatives and advance the employee experience. This strategic, visible role oversees recruitment, development, data analysis, and process improvement across the college.

As a senior HR leader, you will shape programs, partner with academic and administrative stakeholders, ensure compliance with laws and contracts, and develop a high-performing team to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, recruitment and selection, onboarding, or a related area.
• Proven work experience in a Talent Acquisition/Talent Management role along with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing overall strategies for an organization.
• Supervisory, staff development or experience coordinating the work of employees.
