Job summary

Savannah Technical College is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all human resources functions for the College. Reporting to the College President, the Executive Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and collaborates with all divisions to ensure effective and efficient human resource operations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of related work experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and job-specific experience may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
• Oversee employee relations, policy administration, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Direct HR operations including compensation, benefits, records, analytics, and budgeting.
