You will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and Administration, lead HR projects, and drive proactive communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or closely related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on professional HR experience.
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR leadership and policy design.
