Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition and screening.
- Data analytics and strategic reporting for executive leadership.
- Compensation and salary planning analyses for proposals.
- Organizational development and training for employees and management.
- Cross-functional collaboration with state partners including Shared Services.
- Tackle high-priority HR initiatives and special assignments.
