Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and 4+ years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and policies.
- Strong communication and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR leadership and policy design aligned with agency priorities.
- Full-cycle talent acquisition in partnership with agency leaders.
- Data analytics and strategic reporting to guide executive decisions.
- Compensation and salary planning analyses for base and performance pay.
- Organizational development and training for employees and management.
- Cross-functional collaboration with state partners including Shared Services.
- Lead special HR projects as needed.
