Qualifications

• 7 years of professional federal HR management experience.
• At least 5 years applying OPM General Schedule Qualification Operating Policies and the Classifier’s Handbook.
• Advanced experience with federal position classification, staffing, and personnel actions.
• Experience with SF-50 processing, SCD calculations, and eOPFs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Active OPM Delegated Examining (DE) Certification required.
