Title Employee & Labor Relations Specialist Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description Summary RiVidium Inc. is seeking an Employee & Labor Relations Specialist to advise NNSA management on complex federal employee and labor relations matters, including disciplinary and adverse actions, administrative grievances, anti-harassment matters, and reasonable accommodation requests. The position prepares legally defensible documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable federal statutes, regulations, and case law.

Required Qualifications

• Experience drafting disciplinary/adverse action documentation and grievance responses.
• Experience with anti-harassment inquiries and reasonable accommodation matters.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Public Administration, or related field, or Juris Doctor.

Preferred

• SPHR, SHRM-CP, or specialized Federal Employee/Labor Relations certification.
