The position requires 10+ years in program management or federal HR/operational management, with at least 6 years managing federal HR contracts valued at $3M+.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive professional experience in program management, federal human capital consulting, or operational management.
• At least six years managing federal HR or professional support services contracts with $3M+ cumulative value.
• Experience delivering federal HR services with quality control, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

• Manage day-to-day execution of the NNSA HRSS contract and contractor operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NNSA contract leadership.
• Oversee staffing, workforce stability, deliverables, performance, and service-level requirements.

• Monitor contract performance, quality control, risks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DEAR, federal timekeeping requirements, and applicable contract requirements.
• Prepare and oversee timely, accurate contract deliverables and reporting.
• Coordinate issue resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.

This position is responsible for overall contract management, operational oversight, staffing stability, deliverable quality, risk management, and compliance with service-level requirements across NNSA HRSS functional areas.
