Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Nevada is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to coach managers, resolve complex ER issues, and support change management initiatives within a fast-paced IT environment.

You will partner with HRBPs to drive the people plan, ensure policy compliance, manage records, and assist with payroll processes while delivering targeted HR training to build organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Solid experience of employee relations preferably within a fast paced IT/Office environment.
• Experience of handling complex employee relations issues
• Ability to coach managers on performance and ER issues
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with virtual teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
• HR additional qualification preferred, though not essential
• May be required to support with Payroll processes
• Good country Employment law knowledge

Responsibilities

• Enable and coach managers to resolve employee relations issues and act as ER specialist.
• Engage with HRBPs on change management projects; restructures and redeployments.
• Support absence management and liaise with health professionals as needed.
• Support the people plan and HR projects.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support via phone and in person.
• Maintain records and ensure processes are followed; manage documentation.
• Collaborate with L&D to deliver training on ER and induction.
• Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Coach line managers on performance and ER to build capability.
• Ensure policy compliance and timely employee reporting.
