Job summary

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Senior Human Resources Specialist in Crane, IN to lead HR support across policy, analysis, recruiting, staffing, and labor relations.

The role requires DoD/Navy systems experience (DCPDS, HR Link, N-ERP, TWMS) and strong data analytics to drive workforce decisions and process improvements. Bachelor's degree and 7–15 years of HR work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7–15 years of HR experience in government contracting or similar.
• Experience with DoD/Navy systems and HR information tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Planning, Policy and Analysis, Recruiting and Student Outreach.
• Staffing, Classification, Labor & Employee Relations and Workforce Development.
• Develop reporting tools, and provide training for HR processes and systems.
• Collect data, perform analysis, and provide recommendations to HR management.
