Job summary

Serco North America seeks an HR Workforce Program Analyst to provide technical and programmatic support to U.S. Navy Team Submarine offices.

The onsite role at Washington Navy Yard combines HR data analytics with process improvement using SharePoint and Microsoft 365, aiding staffing and workforce planning across program teams. You will extract and analyze HR data, maintain SharePoint analytics environments, and build automated dashboards, reports, and workflows to translate personnel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in business, technical field, or managerial discipline.
Minimum 2 years of HR analytics or related tech HR role.
Advanced understanding of DoD and Navy mission and organization.

Responsibilities

Provide input to determine manpower resources needed to meet program requirements.
Estimate costs associated with required resources using modeling and analytics.
Review personnel requirements to optimize workforce alignment.
Update and optimize SharePoint lists, libraries, and metadata.
Design new SharePoint lists, views, and user forms for HR data capture.
Manage user permissions and ensure confidentiality on HR data.
Improve UI/UX of internal HR SharePoint pages.
Build automated workflows using Power Automate to track workload.
Set up automated alerts, approvals, and status updates in SharePoint.
Integrate SharePoint with Teams, Power BI, Outlook, and Power Apps.
Extract, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple systems.
Develop automated dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Power BI.
Deliver insights on retention, turnover, headcount, and other metrics.
Identify and fix data quality issues across SharePoint and connected systems.
