The Department of the Navy's Manpower & Reserve Affairs is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to support federal HR operations. You will analyze business processes, translate operational needs into requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint content, developing HR reports and dashboards with Cognos BI, Qlik, Databricks and DON/Jupiter, and supporting EEO systems and enterprise HR initiatives.

Formación

Five or more years of experience with Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter, or comparable analytics platforms.
At least three years working with federal HR data for reporting and performance measurement.
Two or more years of SharePoint content management; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

Maintain and enhance Microsoft SharePoint sites with accurate, organized content.
Develop HR reports, dashboards, scorecards and visualizations using Cognos BI, Qlik, Databricks and DON/Jupiter.
Support EEO systems, reporting requirements, testing activities, and enterprise HR initiatives.
