• Experience developing executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance insights and benchmarking findings into integrated HR solutions.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligning people, process, technology, data, governance and decisions.
• Partner with leaders and digital teams to accelerate value realization across initiatives.
• Connect strategic planning, benchmarking and execution into a coordinated improvement portfolio.
• Facilitate alignment across functions to support enterprise priorities.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover root causes, risks and opportunities.
• Challenge conventional approaches with external leading practices and innovations.
• Influence decisions through relationships and a compelling change vision.
• Monitor progress and suggest course corrections to maximize impact.
