Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Organizational Effectiveness, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business, human resources, strategy, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex large-scale transformation and cross-function alignment across leadership levels.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience developing executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence, including without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and lead through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance insights and strategic priorities into integrated HR solutions that improve outcomes.
• Identify patterns across improvement opportunities and ensure holistic design.
• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps aligning people, process, technology, data and governance.
• Partner with functional leaders and digital teams to accelerate value realization across initiatives.
• Connect strategic planning, benchmarking and execution into a coordinated improvement portfolio.
• Facilitate alignment across functions to support enterprise priorities.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover root causes, interdependencies, risks and opportunities.
• Incorporate external leading practices and emerging trends to challenge conventional approaches.
• Influence decisions and drive change through relationship-building and clear vision.
• Monitor progress against objectives and adjust as needed to maximize impact.
