Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Organizational Effectiveness, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business, human resources, strategy, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading complex large-scale transformation with cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
• Diagnose performance gaps and develop integrated people/process/tech/data solutions.
• Experience developing executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and lead through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance insights and benchmarking into integrated solutions that improve outcomes.
• Identify patterns across improvement opportunities and ensure holistic design.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligning people, process, technology, data, governance, and decisions.
• Partner with leaders, digital teams, and stakeholders to accelerate value realization.
• Connect planning, measurement, enablement, benchmarking, and execution into a coordinated portfolio.
• Facilitate alignment across functions to support enterprise priorities.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover root causes, interdependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Incorporate external leading practices and trends to challenge conventional approaches.
• Influence decision-making by building relationships and communicating a compelling vision.
• Monitor progress and recommend course corrections to maximize impact.
